Screening & Documentation: All applicants must consent to and pass a criminal background check conducted by the Promenade Towers Mutual Housing Corporation. Two different written forms of income verification are required (e.g., W-2 and pay stubs, or pay stubs and an employment verification letter on company letterhead with supervisor's name, title, and contact information). Self-employed applicants must provide the last two years of tax returns including Schedule C. Retired applicants must provide financial statements establishing income distribution.
